We don't know where to start to thank you and all the staff for everything you have done for myself & David. It all began back in September 2013 when we came to view the Keadeen as a possible wedding venue. It was the first and last hotel we viewed. We both immediately fell in love with it. The attention we received from the staff prior to booking, after booking and in the lead up to our wedding was second to none. We were made to feel like a part of the 'Keadeen family'. My family from the UK came over to stay in the Keadeen a couple of times before our wedding and they said they felt like they were treated like royalty. They were made to feel very very welcome. You took the stress away from our wedding preparation in everything you did for us and we can't thank you enough.
By the time our big day came around we were so relaxed and just couldn't wait to get married. From the moment we arrived at the hotel and were met by Tina, Anna & Joe we knew it was going to be the best day of our lives. Everything from start to finish was exceptional, not matter how small the detail was. The gardens are without a doubt are some of the best in the country and they are reflected in our wedding photos. The reception room, the ballroom, everything was perfect and exactly as we wanted. The food was out of this world and our guests have said that it is the best wedding they have ever been to.
Thank you again so much for making our wedding day so special. We will treasure it always.

A massive thank you to everyone in the Keadeen for making our wedding day so wonderful. From the very first viewing of the hotel we were hooked! There is a welcoming feeling in the Keadeen that is not to be found anywhere else. We honestly cannot say enough about our wedding experience. The attention to detail provided by the staff was second to none, in the lead up to and on the day itself. Everything, from the delicious food to the professional service, from the beautiful gardens to the stunning ballroom was exceptional. We are hearing nothing but compliments and praise for the hotel from the guests since the wedding. We cannot recommend the Keadeen highly enough!

Joe and I are just back from our honeymoon in Seville (to very very cold Irish weather!!).
We had a fantastic wedding day... we can't say enough good things about The Keadeen Hotel and your staff. Joe, Tina and all the staff who looked after us on the day could not have been more helpful and courteous. No matter what we requested it was done so efficiently and professionally. Everything went brilliantly. Feedback from our guests was very positive. Everyone raved about the food and said it was delicious. Please pass on our compliments to your chef and catering staff. The venue was superb (especially the gardens) which looked fab in their April splendour. We have great photos with the gardens as a beautiful backdrop. As the day was sunny and bright our guests made full use of the patio area outside the Garden Room during our arrivals reception. The Oak Room where we had our civil ceremony was beautifully decorated by the staff and the seating arrangement just right for our intimate wedding. Our guests who stayed overnight loved their accommodation and were delighted with the pool and leisure facilities the next morning.
Many thanks for all your help and advice during the planning of our wedding... it was a lovely experience. Joe and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Keadeen Hotel to any couple as a wedding venue... it is top notch for professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. We will be back to celebrate our 1st anniversary in April 2016!!

We got married in The Keadeen on February 14th this year. We had the most incredible day with huge thanks to the staff. They had everything covered from the run up, to the day after the wedding. The organising of the whole day was made so easy by all the staff especially Sharon, Amanda and Tina.
The Keadeen have the best staff we've seen in a hotel yet! They manage to have even the smallest detail covered for example, fluffing my dress for the arrival pictures, the dinner bell ringing bang on half time of the big match! The service was incredible and all our guests were raving about how good the food was and also how every plate of food was hot coming out. Kevin (the head chef) went through the menu with us and made a few recommendations to us! Although all the food we had over the 3 days was delicious :) The ballroom was decorated to the highest standard including fresh flower arrangements on each table thank to Mrs. O' Loughlin. Myself and my husband didn't have to think of anything on the day. The staff made sure we had everything we wanted!
But it didn't stop there! The following day, we and our guests were treated so well:) overall the Keadeen hotel have given us the best day of our lives and I can't think of a better hotel to have any function in. By far the best wedding venue of all and I especially loved the fairy lights in the garden!!! Perfect for some photo opportunities! The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and the rooms and food were just fabulous! The bridal suite is especially stunning! We will most definitely be back each year for our wedding anniversary:) To be honest I can't even explain in words just how amazing The Keadeen hotel and staff are:)

Right from the start, at our first meeting, the staff at The Keadeen Hotel were exceptional. The service and the attention to detail was second to none. Most of my family arrived at the hotel the day before our wedding and we were looked after as if we were the only people in the hotel. The staff made a point of getting to know everyone’s name, and really made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable.
On the day of the wedding, the entire team at the Keadeen went above just service, they looked after us as if we were their family. It really felt like we were the most important people in the world. From getting ready on the morning in the wonderful bridal suite, to the ballroom looking so perfect, and then the service and the food, it was all top class. We have received so many positive comments on every aspect of the hotel that that is just a testament to the hard work of the staff and the O’Loughlin family at The Keadeen.
It is difficult to single out just one person, therefore we would like to take this opportunity of extending our sincere thanks to everyone at The Keadeen Hotel.
You are a great team, you gave us our perfect day and if were to do it all again, we would be back to you, without a 2nd thought!!!

We had our wedding on 7th February 2015 at The Keadeen Hotel. We could not recommend the hotel and its amazing staff highly enough.
We saw an advertisement for weddings at the Keadeen Hotel showing the room set up before we got engaged and I remember saying to Brian “that looks amazing”. A few weeks later we were in the area and we decided to take a look at the room, not thinking it would be even set up for a wedding but when I looked inside the room all I said was “wow” and our hearts were set on this venue from then on. It was a few months later before we actually got engaged and within a week we contacted the hotel and they moved things around to accommodate our date as it was important to us to hold it on this particular date. We never even looked at another venue and we couldn't be happier with our choice from the moment we booked it.
We were dealing with mainly Tina, Joe and Amanda and the service we received was excellent. They took as much time as needed with us to make sure we were happy with everything and accommodated all our needs.
We are still hearing from guests about what a great day it was and how amazing the hotel was. The compliments were for every area of the hotel, from the helpfulness of the staff to how great the food was and how beautiful the room was.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at The Keadeen Hotel with a special thanks to Tina, Joe and Amanda for everything and for making our wedding day so prefect.

I just want to thank all the staff at the Keadeen for all your help and guidance leading up to our wedding day and to all the staff on the day itself.
The day was just great and there was nothing that we had to worry about. Anna was just great and was there to help us if we needed anything.
All our guests were delighted with the food and said it was really nice. The ballroom was fantastic for the dinner and everything was just perfect.
I would say to maybe keep a couple of scones or biscuits aside for the wedding party as they were all gone when we arrived, I was dying to get a taste of something when I got in after the photos, but that’s just a tiny thing.
We will be recommending the Keadeen to all our friends and family.
The day really went so smoothly and that’s thanks to all of you in the Keadeen, as I said there wasn’t one thing we had to worry about.
Thanks so much and we look forward to visiting the Keadeen again, maybe for our 1st anniversary :)

Jackie and I would like to express how thrilled we were with our experience of the Keadeen. Everyone commented how the venue could not have been more amazing. The attention to detail was phenomenal and everything ran like clockwork. Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding the best day of our lives. I wish we could do it all over again!
Please let your team know how grateful we are for the endless hospitality we were shown for our wedding despite everything being very short notice. We would recommend the Keadeen to anyone else for their wedding.

Can’t believe its all over! I want to do it all over again! :) Sharon, I don’t know where to start, Firstly you were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Over email and in person. I must say from start to finish dealing with the Keadeen has been a breath of fresh air. Graeme and I had the best day we could have imagined. Our theme was completed throughout the day perfectly. The staff are a credit to the Hotel. Most of our guests talked about how friendly the staff were and how tasty the food was. The gardens are stunning and we were very lucky to have such a beautiful day with the weather. Tina, Anna & Rose were so accommodating with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The girls on reception & reservations were also a pleasure to deal with and so helpful in the running up to and after the wedding. The 2nd day was a big success also, the personalised menu’s were such a lovely touch. (Mrs & Mrs Singleton - loved it) I cannot thank you and all the staff enough for such a wonderful day. My family and I look forward to returning to the Keadeen for many occasions in the future.
My Mam and Dad were over at the Keadeen a few days later for dinner and they were treated with the same kindness and respect the received the day of the wedding day. Its nice to know that even after such a special day, You still feel very special when you return.
Maybe in the future, I will have a little girl and she will carry on the tradition and marry in the Keadeen Hotel like her Mammy and her Granny did.

From the time we booked the Keadeen Hotel last week until our wedding day on the 29th December, each and every member of staff at the hotel were more than happy to help, listen and discuss any ideas we had and indeed share their own to make our day more special. In truth it was MAGICAL. Rose opened up my eyes to a whole new world of festive decorations which ended up in nothing short of elegance. Tina, added the bling as she was so fond of and was on hand throughout the lead-up and on our special day for anything our hearts desired. Kevin and John provided us with a meal the night before which was
mouth watering to say the least but what he did on the 29th December was exceptional still being talked about 3 months on!!! The flavours were exceptional as were the staff who served each and every guest and kept the glasses topped up so that the festivities continued throughout the night.
The accommodation was home away from home. Luxurious, warm, relaxing and peaceful are just a few words I would use to describe what was only a rare treat for us all. Each guest that I spoke to thoroughly enjoyed their stay and our two boys had an absolute ball with the hotel becoming home for the two days. Last but not least Sharon our dear wedding coordinator I would say to you every hotel should have one- the kindness she showed to us and the dedication which she gave to each and every meeting was heart-warming. I knew our day was just going to be a success; it was going to exceed expectations we or our guests had. Thank you all.
We travelled from Tipperary to Newbridge to have our civil ceremony followed by wedding breakfast and celebrations in the Keadeen with our 220 guests and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will be back soon

Okay where do I start with this- well firstly if you are trying to decide whether to book the Keadeen hotel for your wedding- then stop thinking about it and book it!! All the staff we dealt with from the wedding co-ordinators Sharon and Lorraine, to the staff at the front desk and all the staff that worked on the day of the wedding were fantastic!
And then there was our fairy godmother on the day- Tina. She was amazing- working like a Trojan in the background to ensure we were both happy and that everything was running smoothly. She could not have done anymore for us. We had the best day ever- and are still getting compliments from family and friends about the venue - lots of people still raving about the food a few months later :) the flower displays on the tables in the function room were fabulous as well so a big thank you to Mrs O’Loughlin for that :)
We couldn’t rate the Keadeen hotel and its staff any higher and cannot thank them enough for a wonderful day that we will never forget!! Just wish we could have the day all over again! :) :)

We could not be happier with the way everything went on the day of the wedding. Everything was just perfect. Anyone we have spoke to since who was at the wedding was all saying the same nice things about the hotel and the staff. Tina was brilliant on the day and was a great help to us regards speeches etc. John was particularly grateful to her for the sandwiches she got him before the meal!!
Everyone at the hotel was so good and helpful to us on the day and the day after.
A special thank you to you both, Sharon and Lorraine for all your help leading up to the day. We could not of asked for better service.

From the moment we booked our wedding Sharon and Lorraine were a wealth of knowledge and support and were always just an email or call away. Our day was perfect thanks to the amazing team in the Keadeen. The gardens sparkled in the sunshine and were the perfect backdrop for our pictures. The drinks reception, the food, the service and speed of service is still being talked about by our guests. Our day was really our dream day and that is thanks to the skill and expertise of Tina, Joe and the entire team.. We would like to thank all of you for making the best day of our lives even better! The service, food, atmosphere, and set-up was above 5 star from beginning to end. All our friends and family have been singing your praises since the big day. I’m sure the build-up was not the most relaxing of times with Mrs’s ever watchful eye and direction since our engagement in September 2012 (!), but you outdid yourselves in making it not only the best wedding we have ever been at (obviously!) but from the feedback, the best wedding our guests were ever at too!!!
From the rehearsal dinner on the Thursday, through the reception itself, to the barbecue on Saturday, everything was top notch!! The hard work you all put in was evident - everything went off without a hitch, despite our guests not staying in their seats!
Without your dedication, experience, hard work and skill we would not have been able to enjoy ourselves as much as we did. 280 people are not easy to please, but our guests have praised the friendliness and accommodating spirit you all showed in all your dealings with them from check-in through to check-out. Many people have told us that their meal either on the Thursday (especially the pork belly) and/or the meal at the main event was one of if not the best meals they ever had.
Huge thanks and we will see you all very soon!!

Some said it was the best meal they had had at a wedding, and they got very generous portions of the food. There was a coeliac at one table who was catered for and another person with a bad back was offered a different chair so she would be more comfortable. It was little things like these that people appreciated. The arrivals reception worked out really well, because it was a sunny day, so Joe arranged for our trad band to set up outside and also the welcome drinks and scones were served outside too. Im glad we chose the garden room, it was nice to have close access to the garden in the evening time. Tina was great help to me, I somehow spilled some chocolate on my dress just before speeches started, and tina covered it with a cloth, and immediately after the speeches she came over and got the stain out for me. Please pass on our thanks to Joe and Tina. And also thank you for all your help in the lead up to the day.

Many thanks to you for all your help & assistance with our wedding on 4 April 2013. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The meal was really lovely & our guests commented on the great service & friendliness of all the staff on the day & during our stay. The ceremony/arrivals/reception rooms looked terrific for the wedding day & I really loved your cake. The Bridal Suite was fabulous, very spacious & extremely comfortable. I would also like to thank your Reception staff, who were very efficient & welcoming. I feel this is very important for any hotel as they are usually the first point of contact & sometimes it can be a deciding factor on whether to return to a particular hotel or not.
We would definitely recommend your Hotel for future functions. Keep up the good work & wishing you all many many more years of continued business & prosperity.

My feet have barely touched the ground since the wedding. I have had the time of my life. I have been racking my head on how I can convey to you, Tina and all at Keadeen how you made our wedding day so perfect. No words can thank you enough for how interested, professional, flexible, efficient and genuinely excited you were while helping Joe and I plan our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and you always had ideas to help when we were stuck.
On the day when Tina and you met me when I arrived I was put at ease immediately. This set the tone for me for the day and allowed me to enjoy the wedding thoroughly. Tina was one step ahead of me all the time until I didn’t need her anymore. I cannot tell you the difference this made to me. The ball room looked amazing, the food was as always excellent, all staff friendly, helpful and very efficient. There is nothing I would change or can criticise.

Thanks for everything on our wedding day 2nd March 2013. The reception was very well organised and a lot of people have since said to us that they had a super day, which was of course greatly assisted by the well organised and efficient staff at the Keadeen.
The arrivals and main function rooms were very well laid out. Food was very well received, with a lot of plaudits for the lamb and desert. Garden was really nice, the clear blue sky was also a big help! The flower balls (sorry if the name is wrong) hanging from the ceiling in the main function were also a very nice feature. The porter at night was very friendly despite numerous pleas to extend the residents bar!
There was a really nice atmosphere in the main function room for dining, speeches, and dancing. The oldies appreciated the seating outside when the music got too loud. The bedrooms were very comfortable and worked well for Dorothy’s tea ceremony. The day itself went very smoothly, and that was in no small part to the friendliness and quality of service put in by all staff. So very much appreciated. One small thing, there was a book for people to put comments in the arrivals area, a lot of people missed this so perhaps the main dining area might be better, although it would probably end up full of wine and food.
Overall a very big thank you from myself and Dorothy, if we ever get married again we’ll be straight back! All our guests really enjoyed the day.
