Weddings: Terms & Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of 1800 Euro is required to secure the booking date for 2009 (a deposit of €2000 is required for 2010).
2. Payment of the deposit by Banker’s Draft or Cash indicates an acceptance and understanding of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Final numbers are required 48 Hours prior to your function.
4. Prices quoted are fixed for 2009/10 and include value added tax (prices are subject to annual increase).
5. Menu choice to be made one month prior to the function.
6. The chosen menu must consist of five courses.
7. The Hotel will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing facilities, services, food or beverages as a result of events or matters, outside its control.
8. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the custody of the Client or its guests. The Client is advised to arrange adequate insurance.
9. No Food and Beverage items may be brought into the Hotel for consumption on the premises.
10. Full payment of Pro Forma Invoice for Weddings/Banquets is required 7 working days prior to the function by Banker’s Draft or Cash.
11. Should you require postponing your Wedding Day, the original deposit of a €1800 (2009) or € 2000 (2010) can be transferred to another date, provided that the new date is within the same year.
12. The Hotel reserves the right to refund the deposit in the circumstances where the booking is made through a third party or under false pretenses.
13. Prospective clients must always meet with a member of management by appointment prior to acceptance of the deposit.
14. We can offer our guests a special overnight accommodation rate based on Availability. All individual bookings are to be guaranteed by deposit of €75.00
15. The Hotel reserves the right to choose how many weddings it caters for on the day.
16. The Resident’s Bar is strictly only available to residents of the hotel.
17. Hotel Amendments or Cancellations -:
    Should the Hotel for reasons beyond its control, need to change the event arrangements, it shall use all reasonable endeavours to offer the client alternative comparable arrangements and facilities.

The Hotel may cancel the event only in the following circumstances:-

• The Hotel has reason to believe the booking might prejudice the reputation of the Hotel
• Should guests attending the Event behave in any way considered to be detrimental, offensive or contrary to normal expected standards of behaviour

How to get to the Keadeen Hotel

The hotel is located just 40 km from Dublin at junction 12 of the M7 motorway. Follow the sign for Newbridge and the Curragh and you will arrive at a roundabout. Take the direction for Newbridge and you will see the hotel on the left hand side.
