At Saddlers, provenance is more than principle, it is practice. Our menus are shaped by a deep respect for the land around us, working closely with trusted local suppliers for many decades, Feighcullen Farm in Rathangan, and Newbridge Meats. From our signature roast of the day, to vegetarian dishes, and handcrafted desserts by our Pastry Chef, Phillipe. Every plate reflects the quiet richness of local flavour, served with ease and intention.
