- Each room includes a fully accessible bathroom with a wheel-in shower, grab rails, and ample turning space
- Lower beds offer added comfort and ease for guests with mobility needs
- Doorways are widened to accommodate wheelchair access
- Main entrance and lobby are fully wheelchair accessible
- Public bathrooms are equipped for wheelchair use
- Accessible seating is available in all dining areas and lounges
- Free on-site parking includes designated accessible parking spaces
For transparency, please note the following areas currently do not have wheelchair access:
- The gym, changing rooms, and pool area are not wheelchair accessible
- The swimming pool does not feature a hoist or lift system
- We regret that accessible shower or bathroom facilities are not available in the gym or leisure centre
