Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 6:30am – 9:30pm
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 8:00am – 7pm
Additional 30 minutes allowed for changing post-closing.

Our class timetable has been updated for 2026. Please see the revised schedule below.

Children under 17 are welcome in the pool from 9am-6pm Monday – Sunday. Children are not permitted in the Thermal Suite, Hot Tub, or Gym.
