Mondello Park

Mondello Park is the only Motor Racing circuit in the Republic of Ireland and was opened in 1968. It is just 7 miles from the hotel. Customers can drive Formula 1 type cars, supercars and go offroad! Mondello Park is constantly growing and diversifying and its current calendar includes car, Motorcycle, Rallycross Drifting and Time Attack events. The circuit also operates a very busy Motor Racing School alongside corporate days, team building, 4x4 courses and Motor Manufacturer training and driving days.

Gordon Bennett Route

The Gordon Bennett Route traces the route taken through the roads of Laois, Kildare and Carlow, by the famous Gordon Bennett Cup Motor Race in 1903 – an international contest that was the precursor of the present day Formula 1 Grand Prix.
